Misc information

Can you use Teamspeak and do you have a working headset/microphone? Do you talk? : yes and yes
How would you rate your English, written and spoken? : excellent, this will not be a problem

What was your previous guild and why did you leave it? (or want to leave it) : came back after a break to join my current guild with some old friends, unfortunately their raiding seems to be stopping so i am looking to continue raiding whilst also progressing as far as i can into Mythic content
Do you have an open application to another guild at the moment? : no current applications open
What you are looking for in a guild and what can you do for OSF? :  i am a reliable and punctual raider, i always strive to improve both in encounter and personal performance and will always prioritise mechanics over my own dps/logs, especially when learning a fight. i have a strong understanding of my own class and will experiment with my class utility to see what will make the fight easier or help to progress. i.e. clearing a flame on jadefire as an emergency or as part of the rotation using leap/charge to negate the fall damage (quick one i could think of off the top of my head :D)
i am looking for a team of like minded individuals who strive to progress whilst also having fun. its as much about the journey as it is the goal.
Where did you hear about Order Of The SilverFlame? : world of warcraft forums

Additional info that might be relevant :

Is there anything else that you would like to add about your entire application? : i currently work on a 3 week rotation of days and nights, this would unfortunately mean i would miss 2 raid days every 3 weeks which is 2/9. this would mean i have an 88% attendance guaranteed. i understand if this poses an issue however i do strive to ensure that my performance is not affected by this for the days that i am able to attend. i can inform the guild of missed days well well well in advance so it will never be a last minute drop-out due to work.
